This week, the children learned about the ‘Digital Diet’ and how important it is to make sure we spend some time doing other activities other than accessing screen time. We looked at what makes up a healthy ‘Digital Diet’ then had a go at all of the different types of activities which included exercising, taking a picture of something that could be shared online, drawing a digital picture, mindfulness colouring and writing a kind message to a family member or friend.
