A taste of the Mediterranean

As part of our design and technology unit, we spent part of our morning exploring foods from the Mediterranean. We tried foods such as feta cheese, mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, roasted peppers, olives, parma ham, hummus, tzatziki, pita bread, cucumber, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We discovered lots of foods we weren’t as keen on but lots of us discovered new foods we loved!

We’re going to use what we found to help us make our own pita bread and fill it with our chosen Mediterranean foods. Yum!
