Welcome to the Alder class page

Welcome to the second half of the Autumn Term. Our topic is all about Conflict and Resolution and we will be exploring our learning question “What do you celebrate?”

Through this question we will be exploring different celebrations that happen during the Autumn months. We will share our experiences of celebrating different events with our families and learn about what celebrations have in common. We will also be using our senses to explore the colourful season of Autumn and looking at what happens during the darker nights.

Please keep an eye on our webpage as we will upload photographs on a regular basis, to showcase the wonderful learning that is going on in our indoor and outdoor classrooms.

PE this half term will be on Monday, so please ensure your child comes to school dressed in their PE kit. This includes black joggers/leggings, plain white t-shirt and black pumps. Children will also need to wear either a black zipped jacket, or their school jumper.
